"Website was a bit frustrating on my phone"
I was just trying to look up the hours and ticket info, but the website wasn’t the easiest to use on my phone. Some of the text was small, and the menus felt a little confusing. I did eventually find what I needed, but it made me wonder how much care went into the site’s usability. Definitely think the accessibility could be better

I had a decent time overall, and a few parts were fun. But my gut feeling was that some of the haunted scenes felt a little too short and kind of easy to see coming. Not a bad haunt, just didn’t really get under my skin.

"Fun fall outing, though a little pricey"
We had a nice time overall, and the kids really enjoyed the fall activities. The lines were a bit longer than we expected, so we spent some time waiting, but it was still a fun experience. It did feel a little pricey for what was included, but I’m glad we went

"Fun spot, but way too crowded"
We had a good time at Saunders Farm. It was fun overall. But the crowds were a lot. Some lines were confusing. The food areas and entrances felt really packed. The staff were friendly, though. They just seemed stretched thin. I’d go again. Just not on a super busy day

"Not as smooth as they made it sound"
The event was okay overall, but it was a lot messier than what they promised. They made it seem like everything would be organized and easy to get through, but the lines moved really slowly and it felt chaotic at times. The staff did try to help, which I appreciated, but it still didn’t really match the experience they advertised.

I was kind of tired of having to ask staff for help everywhere we went, so it was a relief that the signs were actually super clear. We found our way around without any hassle.

"Booking was quick and easy"
I booked our tickets on saundersfarm.com one evening after dinner while we were trying to figure out our weekend plans, and it was really simple. The dates and times were easy to see, payment went through fast, and the confirmation email showed up right away. I didn’t have to click around a bunch or dig through the site to find what I needed. Always nice when a website just does what it’s supposed to do

"Really fun day out at Saunders Farm"
We had a really nice day at Saunders Farm. The kids had a blast running around, and the mazes were fun for the adults too. The food was good, maybe a little on the expensive side, but that’s kind of what you expect at a place like this.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because some of the lines were longer than we expected, and a few spots felt a bit too packed. Nothing that ruined the day, though. Everyone working there seemed to be doing their best, and as long as people are patient and decent with each other, it’s still a really fun place to visit. We’d definitely go back.

"The tickets felt fair for what..."
The tickets felt fair for what we got, especially for a family day out. Buying them online was simple and hassle-free, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was the waiting once we got there, it felt like we spent more time standing around than expected. Still, overall, it was a good experience for the price.

I went to Saunders Farm on a busy day, so I was fully expecting to spend a lot of the visit just standing in line. Once we got there though, it was actually much smoother than I thought. The entrance staff seemed organized and kept people moving, so it never felt chaotic.
There were a few places where we had to wait a bit, but it was totally manageable. Since the lines kept moving, we still had plenty of time to enjoy the farm without feeling like we were losing half the day. Based on the actual experience, I’d say they handled the crowd really well.

"Not quite what I expected"
The maze itself was okay and I did have some fun, but I felt a little misled. It sounded like it would be a smoother, more exciting experience, but it was super crowded and kind of confusing to get through. Not terrible, just not really what I thought I was signing up for.

We had such a nice day here... the kids absolutely loved it, it felt really relaxed and easy for us too. Just one of those simple, fun days out that doesn’t feel stressful.

"Relaxed farm feel that families will appreciate"
Saunders Farm has a really lovely country vibe, and I think a lot of visitors will appreciate that it doesn’t feel overly polished or commercial. It’s just fresh air, open space, and that easygoing farm atmosphere that makes you naturally slow down and enjoy being outside.
We went with family, and everyone felt comfortable wandering around, taking it all in, and just enjoying the simple outdoorsy feel. For anyone looking for a relaxed place to spend time together without too much fuss, this is a really nice spot.

"Pretty fun, but the food was a bit much"
We had a good time overall. The place was fun and all, but the food felt kind of pricey for what it was. Like, once you grab a few snacks and drinks, it adds up more than you expect. I’d probably still go back, but next time I’d maybe eat beforehand or something

"Way better food and drinks than I expected"
I went to Saunders Farm and didn’t expect the food to be as good as it was. The fries came out hot, the burger tasted fresh, and the donuts were dangerous because once you start eating them, it’s kind of like... well, you know.
The drinks were solid too, not watered down or anything. The coffee was warm and perfect to walk around with, especially on a cooler day. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Totally worth staying longer than planned"
I took my kids here thinking we’d just spend a couple hours, but we ended up staying way longer because there was so much to do. Between the mazes, play areas, wagon ride, and the spooky stuff, nobody got bored for even a minute. I don’t feel bad about making a full day of it because the kids had a great time, and there was enough for adults to enjoy too. Easy 5 stars from us.

"Kids loved every minute"
Brought the kids to Saunders Farm and they did not want to leave. So much to do—play areas, running around, little activities everywhere. Easy to spend a few hours without anyone getting bored. Staff were nice too. We’ll probably be back soon.

"So relieved there were enough washrooms"
I was really happy with the washroom setup here. I’ve been to other farms where you end up walking forever or standing in a huge line, which is not fun with kids. Here, they were easy to find, we didn’t have to wait long, and they were clean considering how busy it was. Definitely made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful.

"Clean enough, but I expected more"
We had an okay time at Saunders Farm overall, but the cleanliness was a bit hit or miss. Some spots looked well cared for, while the washrooms weren’t in great shape when we were there, and a few tables still had old food sitting on them. The staff seemed busy, so maybe it was just an off day. Still, after paying what we did, I felt a bit uneasy about whether the place was being kept up as well as it should be. Not awful, but I definitely expected it to be cleaner for the price.
